This Privacy Policy explains how Millennium Chambers ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data through www.millenniumchambers.in, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

We collect only the information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, phone number, the details of your query and, for internship applicants, your CV. Our website host, Google, may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and cookies, under Google's own privacy policy.
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, carry out conflict checks, evaluate internship applications and meet our legal and professional obligations. By sending us your information, you consent to its use for these purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
We share personal data only with service providers we rely on to run this website and our email (such as Google), or where required by law, a court or a regulator. We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected; internship applications are deleted within 12 months unless the applicant is engaged.
